New Rules
This is for everything I couldn't fit someplace else. Let's hope I don't add much here.
This is an NPC not really a rule. The Campaign that created him will be up as soon as I figure out a way to put maps up.
Frank has no stats. He sells equipment during games from the armory. Even new equipment and magic equpment (put a spell in a weapon and raise the price). You can fight him for stuff but he always wins (who has better equpment then the maker?).
