heroes
I have been told that you can get newHeroes inside some of the "Harder To Find" expansion sets.  I thinkit would just be easier to make your own.  Below is a chart of oldand new Heroes and then a list of what you need to create them.  Notall the Heroes have definate designs.  I am always looking for newideas for Heroes.

To Create The "Necroman"
1.  First take an extra "Wizard"character.
2.  Take one of those extraskulls and glue it to the top of his staff.
3.  Now paint the figure ina Dark Blue colour.  You should use model paint.  Make sure touse a toothpick of something small like a pin, to remove excess paint fromthe eyes and other groovs.  Try not to cover detailed areas with globsof paint.

STORY:  This is not your typicalHero.  He is evil to the core, but he is a lesser evil and is tiredof Zargon telling him what to do.  Once he helps the Heroes defeatZargon, he will reveal his own twisted agenda, unless he can be turnedto the good side first.
 

To Create The "Thief"
1.  First take an extra "Elf"character.
2.  Cut off his dager andreplace it witth an "Orc" sword.  Usually everyone has at least onebroken "Orc"  If not, I'm sure you can use something else instead.

STORY:  He wondered about,taking rare items from villages, until he saw the Heroes.  They wereall dressed up in armor of gold and silver.  Thinking quickly, hedecides to join the Heroes in hope that he will get some of the fortunethey find.  At first the Heroes are reluctant to accept him into thegroup because of his thieving nature.  After a while he sort of growson them like a bad sore and they haven't the heart to turn him away. The nice thing about being the thief, is you don't have to share any treasureyou find.
